For the website, we need a) a head shot picture of you, which will be changed to black-and-white if it’s not already, b) your Linkedin and Twitter links, c) your title and company, and d) a short (100 word max) bio of you want what you will speak about.

Session Format:
The primary objective for the case study sessions are to stimulate the participants to interact with you and each other about the topic of Customer Experience.  The sessions will provided with a flip-over (so, no powerpoint slides).  Your session should be based on your own personal experience and during the discussion should have them break into small groups and bring back some sort of ‘answer’.   No, we aren’t really interested in the answer, but this is the way to get them interacting!  We will have a call with you in advance to make sure you have all the information you need.
